Our Next Klezwest Event is Sunday, June 6, 2026!

This month Klezwest plays for a dance event to celebrate the Pnei Mitzvah group at their event on June 6 afternoon. It’s our way to say Thank You to the Peretz Centre for their support of Klezwest, and klezmer music and dance. It’s also a great celebration of the Pnei Mitzvah class!
Proceeds from this event will go towards subsiding the group purchase of a set of Klezmer Playbook #2 from Susi Evans & Szilvia Csaranko.
This month’s Klezwest Charts
KlezWest is an informal group of musicians, dancers, Yiddish speakers and friends who love to explore, play and dance to klezmer music. We meet monthly to learn songs together, practice different kinds of Yiddish dance, and connect.
